Thank you for choosing to play Tinny! We strive to ensure that you have a great experience with our game and related products. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns Policy

We currently offer returns on Tinny merchandise and digital products under the following conditions:

Physical Products (Merchandise): You may return physical items such as clothing, accessories, or any tangible merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for downloadable items once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or encounter problems with the product, please reach out to us for assistance.

2. Refund Policy

Physical Products: If you are unsatisfied with a physical product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Digital Products: Refunds for digital products will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter technical issues preventing the use of the game or in-game content, please contact us immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

For physical product returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
If a refund is approved for a physical product, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the original shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
